Refund Policy

Effective Date: 15th February 2025

Bellmon Adventures states that it aims to provide exceptional safari and tour experiences while maintaining a fair and transparent refund policy when travel plans change.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

A. Cancellation by the Customer

• More than 60 days before the tour: 80% refund of the total tour cost.
• 30–59 days before the tour: 50% refund.
• 15–29 days before the tour: 25% refund.
• Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund.

B. Cancellation by Bellmon Adventures

If Bellmon Adventures cancels the tour because of unforeseen circumstances such as political instability, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, the customer will be offered either:

• A full refund of all payments made, or
• The option to reschedule to a later date at no additional cost.

2. No-Show Policy

If a customer does not arrive for the scheduled tour departure, no refund will be provided.

3. Changes and Rescheduling

Customer-initiated changes: Bellmon Adventures will try to accommodate changes to tour dates or itineraries, subject to availability and any applicable price differences. A rescheduling fee may apply.

Bellmon Adventures-initiated changes: If itinerary changes are required for operational reasons, suitable alternatives will be offered at no additional charge.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are made through the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

The following are non-refundable:

• Bank transfer fees and transaction charges
• Visa application and processing fees
• Travel insurance costs
• Third-party cancellation fees, including airline, hotel and park entrance fees.
