At Bellmon Adventures, we are committed to providing exceptional safari and tour experiences. We understand that sometimes travel plans may change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent refund policy.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

A. Cancellation by the Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policy applies:

• More than 60 days before the tour start date: 80% refund of the total tour cost.
• 30 to 59 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
• 15 to 29 days before the tour start date: 25% refund of the total tour cost.
• Less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund.

B. Cancellation by Bellmon Adventures

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., political instability, natural disasters, or other force majeure events), you will be offered:

• A full refund of all payments made OR
• The option to reschedule your tour to a later date at no additional cost.

2. No-Show Policy

If a customer does not arrive for the scheduled tour departure, no refund will be issued.

3. Changes and Rescheduling

• Customer-Initiated Changes: If you need to modify your tour dates or itinerary, we will do our best to accommodate the changes, subject to availability and any applicable price differences. A rescheduling fee may apply.
• Bellmon Adventures-Initiated Changes: If we need to make changes to your itinerary due to operational reasons, we will offer suitable alternatives at no extra charge.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 7 to 14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

The following costs are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Bank transfer fees and transaction charges.
• Visa application and processing fees.
• Travel insurance costs.
• Third-party cancellation fees (e.g., airlines, hotels, park entrance fees, etc.).
